There is a lot more knowledge now as to the connection between Mind/Body/Spirit/Emotions and that emotions live in the body, but her list has stood the test of time.Ībdominal Cramps: Fear. She really is the Grandmother of the self help movement of the later part of the last century. She then went on to publish that list in her book Heal Your Body. Louise Hay’s book You Can Heal Your Life was the first book I read that changed my perception about my body and illness.
